"Neon Kei" (Neon style) is a fashion style that has been talked about since last year. There are several different versions of this fashion style. One of them is called, "New Rave Fashion, which is inspired by New Rave music. In Japan, its style is is more popular than its music. One of the main features of this style is to take loud colors like florencents and metallics and mix it with black or white.
It's always intriguing to see the various fashion tribes in Japan. Even within a single style such as the Neon style, there are different branches of tribes. I am interested in this particular one because I really like the idea of mixing bright and flamboyant colors with a darker colors like black.
